It is not a problem on Linux because JDK is using GTK on Linux. In case of Java on OpenSolaris it is not the case. So no graphics with Java will be possible on Indiana till the JDK is modified. You will be able to run Java based servers that do not use graphics, but Java based desktop apps like Netbeans won't function. Regards, Moinak.
