No. You can only create a customized OpenSolaris livecd. There is the Livekit (http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/livemedia/) that can be used to create a Solaris Express CE LiveDVD but that is currently out of date. Why do you want a Solaris Express LiveDVD ? What needs are not being satisfied with the OpenSolaris LiveCD ?
