As per my understanding Solaris Express is a server edition and opensolaris 08.11 is a desktop edition. Actually I could not figure out the differences between solaris express and opensolaris 08.11 and when searched on net, Could not find a real good article explaining the difference? If you know please comment on the Question --> Difference between opensolaris 08.11 and solaris express ??
I could trim down and customize opensolaris 08.11 and also wanted to do the same with solaris express.So posted on the forum. Downloaded the code you have written and going through it. Would experiment with your code whether it works with latest solaris express build b103 -- Should work right? Last thing after creating a ISO out of live media does it have a installer in build who just Flushes everything to the harddisk. Thanks -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
