What are these 'configuration files that Jumpstart uses' ?

Are these custom finish scripts?  The package's postinstall scripts?

(I don't recall Jumpstart providing any inherent support for configuring
clusters via Jumpstart profile keywords, so I wouldn't think you're
talking about that..)
