 From what little knowledge I have, and based on installadm about to be 
delivered in Osol-1003, it looks like you have two clients with the same name, 
which is indeed strange.

installadm list, simply lists the install services that are available.

installadm list -c, will provide a list of clients that have been configured.

In a browser can you browse to http://localhost:5555 ?

Looks like the HTTP request is failing for the service, so apache svc may not 
be 
running on your install server.
