Hi Evan,

are those problems specific to AI configuration
(e.g. network configuration, memory consumption) ?

In order to recognize if it is AI specific, I might recommend
to try the installation transfer phase invoked within installed
OpenSolaris system on affected machines - e.g.

# ptime /usr/bin/pkg image-create -f -F -p opensolaris.org=<ips_repo>
<http://192.1.4.1:8009> /test_root
# ptime /usr/bin/pkg -R /test_root install entire <mailto:entire at 0.5.11>
# ptime /usr/bin/pkg -R /test_root install SUNWcsd <mailto:SUNWcsd at 0.5.11>
# ptime /usr/bin/pkg -R /test_root install SUNWcs <mailto:SUNWcs at 0.5.11>
# ptime /usr/bin/pkg -R /test_root install babel_install
<mailto:babel_install at 0.1>

And try 'one client' and 'many clients' cases.
