There are 5 "primary" devices, because there's the extra p0 device
that corresponds to the whole disk. Extended partition devices are
not created by the default enumeration in devfs (I don't know why
offhand, but that's the observed behavior). The odd disk that has
extended partitions (rare in the server space that this fix is about)
will fit into the slop.
