separate AI manifests but the ability to reference SC manifests that
are in another location from the AI manifest file.
Good idea - will add this to the proposal. An HTTP URL could also be
used to specify an SC manifest.
Can you clarify this point here. Do you simply mean that the SC manifest,
when added to the install server via the usage you've proposed, can come
from a file off somewhere at an HTTP URL? Or do you mean something else?
