Ok, I added target stuff to
usr/src/pkg/manifests/system-library-install.mf
I think you also need the definition of
ROOTPYTHONVENDORSOLINSTALLTARGET (used in install_target/Makefile)
in $SRC/Makefile.master as well as INS directives
in $SRC/lib/Makefile.targ.
And, there needs to be an entry in $SRC/Targetdirs as
well for solaris_install/target.

I actually made all the Makefile and packaging changes for all the TI files.
I didn't add it to the list of files in the TI webrev. Please take a look
at the webrev I generated for the engine putback. It should have all
the needed
changes. If not, please let me know, and I will fix those.
