It seems very strange that the SUNWarc package isn't resolvable by IPS
for this situation. I can't see why that would be; perhaps someone on
pkg-discuss can help here.

Hi Keith,
I thought the same thing but the DC build still failed after
specifying "developer/sunstudio12u1".

As before, I then tried manually installing the package
(_developer_/sunstudio12u1 this time), on a BE running nv_151a with
the same 4 publishers set. Here is that new error:

Note: There is possibly a separate, albeit related, renaming issue
here. I noticed that if you run "# pkg info -r sunstudio12u1" you see
that it was supposedly renamed to developer/sunstudio12u1 version
0.111, but when you install "sunstudio12u1" it tries to install
version 0.101 instead. Could the renaming be broken?

I think the problem might be how you've specified the package,
Edit: The problem is not with how *you* have specified the package,
but rather, it seems like there might be a bug in how the renamed pkg
is being handled.
though IPS's output is rather cryptic in this case.
Trying to add "pkg:/sunstudio12u1" means you are attempting to add a
pkg that is *exactly* named "sunstudio12u1". That package was
renamed to "developer/sunstudio12u1" - so try specifying that instead.

Hi there,
I'm hitting a pkg error when using DC to build an nv_151a based AI
ISO. I specified in the manifest to additionally install
"pkg:/sunstudio12u1". That pkg is not yet available in the
"solaris" repo (ipkg.sfbay/dev/solaris) but I found it in the
"opensolaris.org" repo (http://ipkg.sfbay.sun.com/dev) and thus
added it to the list of publishers. Is that the wrong thing to do
here?
