The above webrev contains a revised fix that makes the VESA selection
persist to an installed system, so I'm requesting re-review.
Looks fine to me. I hope the install documentation will make it clear
that selecting vesa is persistent and that users will need to use svccfg
to clear that setting if they later install a working driver (such as a
nvidia legacy driver for older cards).
S11 Express docs don't seem to even discuss the other options on the
live CD's GRUB menu yet, but perhaps we'll get that corrected before S11.
