Mary, I have now managed to get the client to build with the right repository The problem was the default image iso had the pkg repo defined within. As soon as I created a customised location file and client this resolved the repo issue. Now to get my head around the SC xml tags.

We had AI server running snv_151a and we always modified our default.xml to point to a different IPS repo. We never had issues that the client got the wrong default.xml after modification.
