That may be possible; though putting them in a package means either
adding them to system/install (which means they end up on everybody's
system, plus the install media), or creating a separate package to
wrap them in - neither of those options seems particularly desirable
at this point, though the latter option could be wrapped into a
"developer/build/install-build" package concept. In either case, I
think I'd like to defer on that. For consumers desiring to use it,
they can still grab them out of slim_source itself for the time being.

I agree with you that given the small target audience,
we don't want to have those samples installed by default.
It is fine to defer that for now and perhaps give it some
thoughts.
