Could I please get a quick code review for the bug:
7057103 test_auto_install_manifest.py unit tests fails with
Unsupported Transfer type IPS
This fixes the running of unit tests by not failing if there is a Software or
Destination node - and also by not requiring root access by stopping before
target-discovery.
