Caimaniacs, The push of the fix for
7067891 remove CDDL from copies of source/text files delivered to the binary product
represents a flag day for Caiman developers. The stripping of these files requires the use of the snv_172 version of the "install" binary delivered by the solaris/developer/build/onbld package. This version of the package will be available in the solaris repository soon; until it is, you have two choices:
1. Use the install program from a current mirror of the /ws/onnv-tools/onbld maintained by the ON consolidation.
2. In the modified usr/src/tools/env/developer.sh pushed with this fix, comment out the line that sets and exports the INS_STRIP_CDDL environment variable.
