AI install use the wrong port if you reuse service name from old
services.
This is a noncritical bug fix and so I did not push it into
Solaris 11. I wish to get it into an Update post Solaris 11.

The fix is simply to update the text record for the service
with a time-to-live that is short enough to allow installadm
to register the same service name. The default time-to-live
is 120 seconds and the one being used in the fix is 10 seconds.
I have created a service that requires the compatibility
port number (465##), deleted the service and recreated
the service with a newer install image not requiring a
compatibility port number. All tests worked fine.
