The repo has Solaris 11 GA, and SRU01 through SRU04 (listed in reverse
order).
The "i" in the last column means that one is installed (and yes, the
system is
running SRU1). as pkg list -f -a claims to list the installed version
and all
the repo versions, this may mean that you cannot actually tell for
sure if
SRU01 is in the repo, as it will be listed anyway due to being installed.
A further check by using a repo which does not contain the version of the
package installed shows that this only lists the versions in the repo, and
not the installed version:
