Hey Tom, I've got two suggestions: 1) go and delete the contents of the /tmp directory to eliminate cached output under DEBUG 0 conditions 2) are there any errors being reported when you run the script. The tutorial looks so simple (although I've never run it) that I don't think it can't be code that's causing the problem, it must be some sort of environmental issue. Have you tried changing the output from PNG to, say, JPG and seeing if that works?
