I wrote the code after $this->Modalidad->save($this->data) and this are the
results:

debug($this->Modalidad->validationErrors);
*
Array
(
)*

debug($this->data);*
Array
(
    [Modalidad] => Array
        (
            [nombre] => sdfsdfsd
            [descripcion] => fsdfsdfd
        )
)*

So there is data and no errors :-(
