Ok, I was doing some more debugging and this is what I've uncovered, the
problem seems to be in the view.

http://bin.cakephp.org/view/1582319117 <---- my code

I commented out lines 14 to 22 and the page loads. I click on the links
and the desired results are displayed.

Wat? Is there a reason why this would stop working in IE 9? Anyone
observed this elsewhere? Should I just make HTML textboxes and buttons in
place of the CakePHP stuff?
