We use centOS on our development and test environments but use redhat for prod. Normally I would feel very uncomfortable with having two distinct platforms of linux between environments but centOS claims to be an exacting mirror of RH. Overall, I've enjoyed centOS. It's easy to use and manage but I would probably be interested in other distros for stronger community support.
