Now I'm _usually_ not one who likes to criticize, however:

Two things off the bat:

   1. There's a TON of stuff missing (absolutely not AuthComponent),
   which undoubtedly has to do with the date this was created and uploaded.
   Isn't this the primary argument here? Why should John sit and generate a PDF
   (for all languages) for something that is going to change in two days? Until
   some auto generator is added, why can't everyone just download Primo and
   print their own stuff?
   2. There isn't the faintest link back to book.cakephp.org. Maybe it's
   just me, but slapping my name on that document would feel morally wrong.

Everyone is going to take this as a flame to someone trying to help the
community. Kudos on the help, but you can't ignore the things that are
simply fundamentally wrong with this attempt.
