1) Why is my name in quotes? It's my real name, not an alias. :) 2) Don't take everything so personally. If I took personally every negative thing said about me, I'd run out of time responding to all those emails. 3) It's great that you made the PDF available and I believe I said so 4) There are times to be a "gentleman", and times to not be a "gentleman". Lately I have been much more polite than rude, but if people prefer I go back to the old style of picking on people all the time than I can easily make that switch.
