Out of curiosity, since publishing a book takes time (and can't theoretically keep up with the fast paced update process of the languages they cover), what was the last version in the 1.2 branch that the book is up-to-date on? I'm mostly curious what small differences it will have with Cake right from the start, just to be aware of (i.e.: element vs renderElement).
