The book is really coming along nicely and always my first stop
nowadays, when I need to check on something and definitely makes it
easier for new cakePHP developers as well now.
Plus it's nice to see its ongoing additions and revisions of its
content.

Another great resource, which often seems to be left out when it comes
to understanding parts of cakePHP, is provided by the test cases
included in cakePHP. It's on the same level as the API, as it not only
provides a usage example, but also reads like a manual.
If you're stuck or if you would like some more detailed information on
a certain feature, then take a look at the test cases and I am certain
it will answer all of your questions.
