Looks interesting, and may have to give it a go sometime, in the
meantime I just wish the site would come back up ... although it is
forcing me to carry on coding without using the manual so I may just
surprise myself at how much I have picked up (fingers crossed).

As I asked earlier ... does this seem to be a regular problem?  Does
the foundation need to move these sites to a more reliable hosting
service, if so how much would we need to donate to help them do that?

I haven't donated any money yet as I am still to build a full
application with CakePHP and whilst I am certain that this framework
is the way forward for me, I still haven't fully committed to it.
Once I do so I will be making a donation to the foundation, but the
issue of their sites being regularly inaccessible is a big concern.
