hmmm i try this to comment it and it worked with pretty url from cakePHP :

Configure::write('App.baseUrl', env('SCRIPT_NAME'));

now html->link shows the right url which i wont. It seems i didn´t
understand what they mean because of my bad english, i didn´t read it well
and i uncomment it.
