Does anyone else find that this is a bit soon? I'm certainly not big on holding on to *really* old codebase (ahem, like the bazillions of sites out there still stuck on PHP4.x and MySQL4.x) but it seems to me that it wasn't very long ago at all that practically nobody was even running 5.3 yet.
