Sorry i wasnt clear the form is not fixed, but if i remove my plugin
you can see everything.

I am pretty sure becasue the html helper is outputting  <form
id="default" name="submit" method="post" action="/online/
relates/add"><fieldset style="display:none;"><input type="hidden"
name="_method" value="POST" /></fieldset>  anything that is a filedset
will not be visible
