Sweet Potato Cake
1-16oz can sweet potatoes in heavy syrup 1 plain spice cake mix 3lg eggs 1/3c oil 1tsp cinnamon Mash sweet potatoes in syrup, add cake mix, eggs, oil and cinnamon. Blend on low 1min. Scrape. Beat on Med 2-3min longer. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch round cake pans, or 1-9x13 pan.
