you can get pastry pride from smart and final. its in the frozen section.   you 
can also try cake shops or cake supply stores 

pastry pride is a wonderful invention!  kinda like cool whip but it comes in a 
quart container or gallon and you whip it up yourself.  i worked with it for 15 
years.

when you get it you will need to thaw it out.  you can do that by leaving it in 
the refrigerator over night or sitting out on the counter for a few hours.   
thawing it in the microwave is tricky and for using it the first time i wouldnt 
recommend it cuz if you heat it too much it wont whip up!!!!

also whipping it up you dont want to whip it up too much.
