Here's my favorite chocolate frosting recipe.

Fudge Frosting
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk (I used less.)
1. Mix cocoa and sugar.
2. Cream margarine and vanilla.
3. Add part of sugar mixture and part of milk.
4. Beat.
5. Add the remaining sugar and milk and beat until spreading
consistency. Sometimes additional milk may be needed.
