Pineapple Cake
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps baking soda
1 can (20 oz) crushed undrained pineapple
In bowl, combine flour, sugar,baking soda, eggs,and pineapple. Pour into well
greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 35 min. or until done. Cream cheese frosting
Can also substitute 2 c. applesauce and 1 tsp. cinnamon
