Decadent Chocolate Cake

Dry Ingredients:
2       cups sugar
2       cups flour
1/3     cup cocoa
1       teaspoon baking soda
½       teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
2       sticks butter
1       cup water
½       cup buttermilk
2       eggs
1       teaspoon vanilla
Frosting:
1       stick butter
¼       cup cocoa
6       tablespoons milk
4       cups powdered sugar

        mini marshmellows (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients of cake in large bowl 
and then set aside. In saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Pour 
over dry ingredients and mix well. Beat in buttermilk, eggs, and 
vanilla. Mix well. Pour mixture in greased and floured 15 X 10 pan. Bake 
at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

Frosting:
Heat butter, cocoa, and milk and bring to a boil. Pour over powdered 
sugar and mix well. Add in marshmellows, if desired. Spread frosting 
over hot cake.

Let cool and enjoy!
