Try lowering your oven temperature by 25 degrees also make sure that you are 
cooking for the correct length of time . Sometimes you have cook something 
longer than the directions tell you. Make sure that there is the proper amount 
in the baking pan. It is easy to put too much in a pan.

Wow, that is a weird one... wish I could help... if the temperatures 
read I would think it is not an oven problem.   Let us know what you
