Cake Mix
*       1 (3-ounce) package of lemon flavored Jell-O
*       3/4 cup vegetable oil
* 3/4 cup Sprite (or you can use water)
*       4 eggs
*       1/2 cup lemon juice
* 2 cups powder sugar, sifted
* Cool Whip for extra frosting

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend cake mix, Jell-o mix, oil,
Sprite and eggs until moistened. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes.
2. Grease (spray with PAM) 9x11

cake pan or bundt cake pan. Pour cake batter into pan.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean) on middle
rack. Cool for 15 minutes.
4. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until the sugar is completely
dissolved and smooth looking.

Poke holes in the cake with a large 2 prong fork. Smooth lemon glaze evenly
on top of the cake while it's warm so glaze will absorb into the cake (via
the holes). Serve with Cool Whip.
