easy cake recipes is a lemon lovers dream with its sweet, rich flavor 
and extra moist texture.

Cooking Time:35 min


          Ingredients

  * 1 box of Lemon Cake Mix
  * 1 (3-ounce) package of lemon flavored Jell-O
  * 3/4cupvegetable oil
  * 3/4cupSprite (or you can use water)
  * 4 eggs
  * 1/2cuplemon juice
  * 2 cupspowder sugarhttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png

    sifted
  * Cool Whip for extra frosting


          Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend cake mix, Jell-o mix, oil, Sprite 
and eggs until moistened. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes.

2.Grease (spray with PAM) 9x11 cake pan or bundt cake pan. Pour cake 
batter into pan.

3.Bake 30 to 35 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean) on middle 
rack. Cool for 15 minutes.

4.Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until the sugar is completely 
dissolved and smooth looking.

Poke holes in the cake with a large 2 prong fork. Smooth lemon glaze 
evenly on top of the cake while it's warm so glaze will absorb into the 
cake (via the holes). Serve with Cool Whip.
