Fresh apple cake

Description
fresh, moist and taste just like grandma's. Great gifts for Christmas or
any holiday.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
3 large apples
Topping:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cups coconut
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of brown sugar
Directions
Mix together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda,
salt, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well. Add nuts, coconut,
and apples.
Topping:
Cook for 3 minutes and pour over cooled cake. Bake at 375 Enjoy
