Lemon Jello Cake
Tangy yet sweet lemon flavored cake

Ingredients

o .Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake
o .3oz package of lemon flavored gelatin (I use Jello brand gelatin)
o .3/4 cup vegetable oil
o .34/ cup water
o .4 eggs
o .1/2 cup lemon juice (2 large lemons juiced)
o .2 cups powdered sugar sifted

Instructions

1. Blend cake mix, Jello mix, oil, water and eggs until moistened.
2. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes
3. Grease and flour 9x11 Pyrex dish or pan
4. Pour cake batter into dish or pan
5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
6. Cool on rack for 15 minutes
7. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until the sugar is completely
dissolved
8. Poke holes in cake with a large 2 prong fork
9. Smooth glaze evenly on top of the cake while cake is warm so
glaze will absorb into the cake via the holes
