NO-BAKE KEY LIME CHEESE CAKE
4 oz. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 8oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/3 cup sugar
Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Gradually blend in Key Lime
juice until smooth. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust,
chill until set, at least 4 hours. Top with whipped topping if desired.
