Storing non-ASCII UTF-8 characters in events now seems to work. I tried this with Mulberry.

Unfortunately, when I try to read that calendar with a Sunbird client, a similar exception like before occurs. I'm running the server at r804.

(I got this running although the repository provisioning does not work, by using a filesystem layout created with a previous revision.)
