My initial response was gonna be "WebSQL is going away" but according to Pat
that is not the case...
Don't think we should support anything like this out-of-the-box for Cordova,
though. You can just as easily do a DB import via JavaScript on first-run, or,
as Simon suggests, build a plugin if you require the logic to reside in
proprietary native code.
