This has been a common request on webOS for a while, but we've not implemented
it yet. The use case includes apps like Bible readers or TV listings, ones
where not only do they want to ship a lot of data in the app package, but they
also want to be able to download a new bundle of data as a single compressed
file that can be immediately integrated.
