I would like to make a feature request for a programmatic method to set the
'Input Simulation' option to 'Allow'. The default setting is 'Deny' which
creates a problem for the user to operate the PhoneGap camera - the user is not
able to use the Back key to submit a camera picture to the PhoneGap camera
callback. Although I have documented the need for the user to manually set the
option to 'Allow', most users do not do so and they encounter an inoperable
camera function for the PhoneGap app.
