Tom, I have that dance in my active collection as "Do What the 2's Say" with no author but a note saying I got it from Don Armstrong. I used it first on 1/27/96 which is after the '96 Ralph Page Dance weekend that Don attended, as did I, so it is possible I got it from him there. I checked the weekend syllibui index and find no record of that dance being called at that, or any other weekend. That's all I can offer, aside to say it is a fun dance in the right crowd.
