I recently danced this to Seth Tepfer's call, and he has his own version of
B2:
W:   Gypsy 1 1/2
N:   Gypsy on to next N (to begin again)

I don't have Nathaniel Jack's orig'l, but your take on B2 makes perfect
sense to me.
