It's one that could have been independently generated several times.

It could be "A Fine Howdy Do" by Roberta Kogut, except I'm not sure if that
dance starts with a balance or a do-si-do.

If you make it a balance, and swap the right-and-left through with the ladies
chain to give both courtesy turns with neighbor, you get "Easy Street" by
Bob Isaacs.

I'm sure there's more  I don't know of.
