Hey Keith - just don't get the digest! You're on gmail. If you want not to
get distracted by too much email, use a filter to send all your sharedweight
email into a folder without even letting it show up in your Inbox. Then when
you have a moment, read the mail in that folder.  It's like your own
personal digest. I do that with my Facebook mail, because, trust me, I get
distracted.
