...and as in Flirtation Reel, the neighbor combinations. Standard may not be quite the right word, but more common does apply. I find the other issue you reference, starting position at least as important. For example in Flirtation Reel the hey starts from the less common couple in the center turning to face neighbor. I still remember that throwing me for a loop the first time I encountered it....even though that was a "few" years back. ;-)
