I don't, at least not right away.   In our dance communities we have 
occasionally had problem dancers who would not respond to the usual methods.   
Talking, reasoning, asking for civility if you will.   Those folks, on very 
rare occasions, were banned for a period of time.   Some would return with 
better behavior and some would never come back.  Greg seems to be one of those 
folks   His usual response to being called out is an even longer diatribe 
expounding his position.    I would advocate not reaching out to him for a 
period of time.   

While I appreciate Chris' view, so eloquently expressed, I don't think Greg 
would learn anything from being asked to return right away.   I would welcome 
him back at a later date, with open arms.
